Use of Services

You agree that by using our Services you have agreed to these Terms and understand your obligations herein and pursuant to our Privacy Policy. You further agree that you are authorized to use our Services and are using them for your sole benefit. We have the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any transactions or activities where we believe that the activities violate these Terms, Privacy Policy, or any laws.

• Do not share solutions publicly or attempt to circumvent access controls
• No automated scraping, data mining, or unauthorized access
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
• Do not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Account Information

• All Content on Quantercise is our sole and exclusive property
• You retain ownership of your submitted solutions and notes
• You grant us a license to use your submissions for platform improvement
• You agree not to copy, redistribute, or exploit any Content in violation of intellectual property rights
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies

Subscriptions and Payments

We utilize third-party services for the purposes of processing payments. We do not store your banking information including credit card numbers or passwords.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page
• You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next billing
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice

Warranties and Limitations on Liability

Use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Dispute Resolution

You agree that any dispute shall be settled via arbitration. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction.
